Court Reporters Needed
Court Reporters are responsible for creating transcripts
of various types of legal proceedings, communicating
with clients, handling all reporting items, information
and exhibits, along with providing support in other
areas as needed.
Essential Duties:
-
Create verbatim written transcripts of legal
proceedings, i.e., Trials, Hearings, Depositions,
Examinations Under Oath (EUO), Independent Medical
Examinations (IME) and events and/or meetings as
required.

Produce a written transcript of each Deposition or
other proceeding as required on an on-demand basis.

Complete a Certificate of Non-Appearance in cases
where the party being deposed or examined fails to
show for their scheduled appointment.

Cover jobs as assigned.
-
Maintain your own reporting equipment.

Accurately report all job information.
-
Communicate any orders and/or expedites to the
office.

Help establish lasting relationships with clients,
court personnel, and legal professionals.
Requirements:
-
At least 1 Year of Experience as a court reporter.

Must be a Notary Public in the State of Florida.

Advanced knowledge of English grammar, punctuation,
and spelling.

Ability to efficiently organize and prioritize work
and meet deadlines.

Must be able to work flexible hours.

Must maintain a professional appearance and
demeanor.
